Challenge
Our client was struggling to build pipeline through outbound to e-commerce merchants.
Solution
We monitored client's TAM for companies with customers complaining about lost, damaged, and stolen packages online. Additionally, we analyzed target accounts' shipping policies to identify shortcomings. We also built a bot that visited each account's website, added a product to its cart, and proceeded to checkout where it took a screenshot. All of these data points, and more, came together in a variety of winning plays that we ran.
